Ok--this was my favorite pizza place as a child and I try to go back every time I visit home. Yes, some things have changed with the shift in ownership. I'd like to have the pizza sauce be a bit more garlicky and the dough seems slightly sweeter than before. But, that said, I'm still going back because the pizzas are fresh and the crust is the right balance of doughy-crispy that I like. Sit at the bar and the bartender is super friendly and knows a lot about American football. I hope this place keeps going and the pizza gets back to being the best.

This is literally my favorite pizza place in the world! I grew up around here but I live in Las Vegas now, but any time I am back in town I come here! I have even drove all the way here specifically for this pizza! if you love crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and extreme cheese pulls, this is the pizza place for you! The guy who owns it is always kind, I have always had great service, I remember when he took over from the previous owners and I'm glad the flavor and pizza has never changed I have eaten pizza in almost every state between here and NY, and even extending to Sweden and Asia, but this is always my #1 unbeatable pizza place! I will always come back here any time I'm in SB

We stumbled upon this location after our original plans fell threw. It reminded me of my childhood pizza spot we would go to after softball games. It's older, a bit dim, quiet but somehow cozy. I would imagine the local sports teams used to keep this spot busy. Hopefully with the weather worming it will be filled with customers again. Their dough is fluffy, cheese and sauce were good. The wings and mozzarella sticks could have been cooked longer. Would come back for the pizza when in the area.
